Full training is given following an installation of a TranSearch® solution.

Generally, this will be on-site to allow the users to get ‘up to speed’ quickly in the live environment.

We can also provide this at our Kent offices. We have found that 'hands-on' is the most beneficial approach and we will work with your project team to create training package that is customised to your needs, maximising your return on investment.

We recommend that we conduct 'Train the Trainer' training, which ensures that you can cope with changes of staff and loss of knowledge that is a fact of life in today’s fast moving business environment.
